PER CURIAM.
One of the points raised on appeal at first gave us pause, but after having carefully considered that point and having meticulously reviewed the record herein, we conclude that no prejudicial error has been made to appear. Accordingly, the judgment appealed from should be, and it is hereby, affirmed.
