ANNA FLATHERS AND FRED FLATHERS, HER HUSBAND, APPELLANTS,
FIRST REPUBLIC CORPORATION OF AMERICA, A DELAWARE CORPORATION D/B/A SAHARA MOTEL, APPELLEE
273 So. 2d 418
Florida District Court of Appeal, Third District (1973)
Opinion of the Court
Affirmed. See Winer v. Walo, Inc., Fla.App.1958, 105 So.2d 376. Appellant’s contention that the doctrine of res ipsa loqui-tur should apply to this trip and fall injury is unavailing. See Schott v. Pancoast Properties, Fla.1952, 57 So.2d 431; Brookshire v. Florida Bendix Co., Fla.App.1963, 153 So.2d 55.
