No. 3D26-1891 Lower Tribunal No. B24-7322
Sharine D. Anderson, Petitioner,
vs.
State of Florida, Respondent.
A Case of Original Jurisdiction – Mandamus.
Sharine D. Anderson, in proper person.
James Uthmeier, Attorney General, and Richard L. Polin, Chief Assistant Attorney General, for respondent.
Before LOGUE, LINDSEY and GOODEN, JJ.
PER CURIAM.
Sharine D. Anderson petitions this Court for a writ of mandamus, requesting that we direct the trial court to enter a written order withholding adjudication. But the trial court entered that order on November 12, 2025. "Since the trial court did so, there is no action for us to compel.” Cade v. State, 427 So. 3d 90 (Fla. 3d DCA 2025). No beneficial result would be achieved. State v. McRae, 38 So. 605, 606 (Fla. 1905). For that reason, the petition is denied.
Petition denied.
