DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA
FOURTH DISTRICT
ALLOY LEWIN, Appellant,
V.
STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee.
No. 4D2026-0432 [October 14, 2026]
Appeal from the Circuit Court for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, Broward County; Lorena V. Mastrarrigo, Judge; L.T. Case No. 062000CF005384A88810.
Alloy Lewin, Cross City, pro se.
No appearance required for appellee.
PER CURIAM.
We affirm the trial court's order dismissing appellant's petition for writ of habeas corpus. See Baker v. State, 878 So. 2d 1236 (Fla. 2004). The petition is unauthorized and frivolous. Appellant is cautioned that abusive, repetitive, malicious, and/or frivolous filing may result in sanctions, such as a bar on pro se filing in this court or referral to prison officials for disciplinary procedures, which may include forfeiture of gain time. See State v. Spencer, 751 So. 2d 47 (Fla. 1999); § 944.279(1), Fla. Stat. (2025).
Affirmed.
FORST, SHEPHERD and LOTT, JJ., concur.
