GUSTAVO LA ROSA,

v. Case No. 5D19-1672
KAREN LA ROSA,
Respondent.

Opinion filed December 13, 2019
Petition for Certiorari Review of Order from the Circuit Court for Lake County,
G. Richard Singeltary, Judge.
Gustavo La Rosa, Ocala, pro se.
Pamela Jean Helton and Barry Vernon Newton, Jr., of Law Office of Pamela Jean Helton, P.A., Clermont, for Respondent.
PER CURIAM.
This Court earlier denied Petitioner’s petition for writ of certiorari stemming from Lake County Circuit Court Case No. 2015-DR-415. Because it appears that Petitioner’s filings are abusive, repetitive, malicious, or frivolous, Petitioner is cautioned that any further abusive, repetitive, malicious, or frivolous pro se filings in this Court asserting claims stemming from Lake County Circuit Court Case No. 2015-DR-415 may result in sanctions such as a bar on pro se filing in this Court. See State v. Spencer, 751 So. 2d 47, 47 (Fla. 1999); Delgado v. Hearn, 805 So. 2d 1017, 1018 (Fla. 2d DCA 2001).
