Odum v. State, 74 So. 3d 1098 (Fla. 5th DCA 2011)…with both counts to run concurrently. Odum did not raise this change in the sentence in his appeal; rather, Odum argued he was improperly sentenced as a habitual felony offender. This Court affirmed the convictions and sentences.
