Opinion of the Court
PER CURIAM.
Upon consideration of the appellee’s “Motion to Dismiss Appeal for Lack of Jurisdiction,” filed on December 4, 2006, as well as the appellant’s response thereto, the Court has determined that the order on appeal is not a final order. See generally Benton v. Moore, 655 So. 2d 1272, 1273 (Fla. 1st DCA 1995). Accordingly, the appellee’s motion is hereby granted and the appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
