Taylor v. State, 701 So. 2d 1215 (Fla. 3d DCA 1997)…2(3)(a), Fla. Stat. (1983). However, the court sentenced the defendant to one hundred thirty-four years. Therefore, we reverse the sentence imposed under count II and remand for resentencing consistent with the legal maximum. See Cromartie v. State, 645 So. 2d 598 (Fla. 3d DCA 1994).
