Attached to this order is a list of the cases which are hereby remanded to the Chief Judge of the respective judicial circuit from which each matter originated with direction to appoint, within thirty days from the date of this order, an attorney to represent the defendant/appellant in each case pending before this court.
It is the further order of the court that the order of appointment direct the appointed attorney to file the initial brief in the case within thirty days from the circuit court’s order of appointment and that a copy of each such order shall be furnished promptly to this court and to the defendant named in that order.
