Opinion of the Court
PER CURIAM.
Pursuant to appellee’s confession of error, which is predicated upon U.S. Fire Ins. Co. v. Century Ins. of Canada, 580 So. 2d 799 (Fla. 3d DCA 1991), the Summary Final Judgment entered by the trial court on December 6, 1990, is reversed with this cause being remanded for further proceedings consistent herewith.
