PER CURIAM.
In accordance with Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.040(c), this proceeding is hereby converted to an appeal. See Green v. Moore, 777 So. 2d 425 (Fla. 1st DCA 2000). The Court treats the petition for writ of certiorari as invoking the Court’s appellate jurisdiction and treats the petition as the initial brief. The Court summarily affirms the lower tribunal’s December 10, 2021, Order Dismissing Petitioner’s Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.315(a). B.L. THOMAS, MAKAR, and M.K.
