Opinion of the Court
PER CURIAM.
On the Court’s own motion, the order to show cause of January 21, 2020, is withdrawn as having been issued in error. Petitioner previously filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus in case 1D12-1701, and this Court denied that petition. The amended petition for writ of habeas corpus in the instant case is dismissed as successive. See Johnson v. Singletary, 647 So. 2d 106, 109 (Fla. 1994) (“Successive habeas corpus petitions seeking the same relief are not permitted . . . .”).
