ROBERT REDMON
v.
STATE OF FLORIDA

Fla. 5th DCA | 2022-01-06
No. 21-0383
Florida District Court of Appeal, Fifth District (2022) Positive Treatment

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

In this Anders 1 appeal, we affirm Robert Redmon’s judgment and sentence without discussion. However, we remand for the trial court to strike the $9 in costs assessed pursuant to section 318.18(11)(b), Florida Statutes (2019), as Redmon was not charged with traffic infractions. See Boyd v. State, 317 So. 3d 1285, 1285 (Fla. 5th DCA 2021); Sorenson v. State, 291 So. 3d 630, 630 (Fla. 5th DCA 2020).

AFFIRMED; REMANDED with directions.

LAMBERT, C.J., EDWARDS and SASSO, JJ., concur. 1 Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). 2
