Opinion of the Court
PER CURIAM:
This suit grows out of a collision between two hydroplanes, racing boats in the “266-cubic-inch class,” at a race meet in which one of the drivers was killed. The plaintiff seeks to recover damages for the death of the deceased driver. The District Court found that the sole proximate cause of the accident was the negligence of the deceased and entered judgment for the defendants. We find ample support in the record for the findings, conclusions and judgment below.
Affirmed.
