[1-3] The present case arises was before this court in Tennant v. New York, 286 F. 932. A reference to that case and to the opinion of the court below, which is printed in the margin,1 sufficiently explains the present appeal. We have care-
*39fully considered the case, and, finding as we do that there was a timely and sufficient proof of the claims made, and the opinion of the court below so adequately and properly discussing and deciding the additional questions involved in this appeal, we restrict our action to adopting such opinion, and on it affirm the decree.
